Returns

What is the return policy?

 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Approved returns have the option in choosing a REFUND OR EXCHANGE. (See exchange details below)

 

Notified refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type when items are received less the restocking fee within 7-10 business days of your return.  Unless otherwise noted.

 

Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must be returned in original condition, must not have been worn, washed, altered, and must have all original tags attached in its undamaged original packaging/boxes. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages may result in items being returned to you with NO refund given. All exchange orders are FINAL SALE.

 

Cancellation: You will not be able to cancel your order if we have already shipped the item. Please order after serious thought.

 

All Custom, Clearance, Sale, Discounted, Accessories, Swim Suit, & other undergarments orders are FINAL - these items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  

 

How do I return an item?

 To request an exchange, please contact info@glamshoponline.com within THREE days of receiving your merchandise (per the tracking/delivery date).  We will NOT accept returns AFTER this timeframe.

 

To request a return you must contact info@glamshoponline.com  within three days of receiving your merchandise. Our company will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You need to have this number clearly marked on the outside and/or inside of the package when returning the item. No returns will be accepted without this code. If item purchaed from Glam Shop Showroom, you have 3 days to return the item.  Please contact showroom@glamshoponline.com to return items from our showroom.  You can mail them item back or bring it to our showroom.  Restocking fees apply.

 

We strongly recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier with tracking information and/or delivery confirmation ONLY. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for return/delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

 

Returns, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item on all orders.  20% restocking fee will be deducted for each item returned.   

 

Where do I send the return (RMA)?

 

Please send your package with complete information requested to the following address via insured mail and/or delivery confirmation, no later than 7 business days from the date of issuance:

This is the ONLY return mailing address that you may use.

 

Include the RMA # with the return along with ALL tags still attached.  Tags that have been tampered with will result in voiding your RMA. NO EXCEPTIONS!  We are not responsible for lost returns. You have 7 business days to return the item, from the date the RMA was issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISDELIVERED, STOLEN, REFUSED, DAMAGED, OR UNATTENDED SHIPMENTS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY.  IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED FOR ANY OF THOSE REASONS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE ITEM RESHIPPED, SHOULD IT BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE.  ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES MAY APPLY.
